Last updated June 15, 2025
Community Bridge is operated by Ready Set Go Design Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit getcommunitybridge.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us directly — when you submit the newsletter signup form or book a demo, we collect your email address and any other details you provide.
- Information collected automatically — when you visit the site, we collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, time on page, and general location (country/region). If you accept cookies, HubSpot may also associate your browsing activity with your contact record once you've submitted a form.
Cookies
We use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve your experience. When you first visit, we ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies.
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function. These are always active.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand traffic and usage patterns. Only set if you accept cookies.
- Marketing cookies — placed by HubSpot and Community Bridge to track visitor behaviour and connect it to contact records. Only set if you accept cookies.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. We store your cookie preference in your browser's local storage.
How we use your information
- To send you The Signal newsletter, if you subscribed
- To follow up on demo requests
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it
- To identify leads and track engagement in HubSpot (with your consent)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.
Third-party services
- HubSpot — we use HubSpot as our CRM. Contact information and site activity (with consent) is stored in HubSpot. HubSpot is located in the United States. HubSpot Privacy Policy →
- Community Bridge — we use a Community Bridge cookie on this site to collect visitor data. If you accept cookies, Community Bridge may associate your browsing activity with your contact record. This is the same technology we offer to our customers.

- Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may log basic request data (IP address, user agent) as part of normal server operation.
Data retention
We keep your contact information for as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.
