How System Activation works
From hub profiles to downstream action — with governance applied at every step.

Map approved fields to destination properties
Configure which hub fields should become contact properties, custom objects, tags, or list membership in each destination. Community Bridge shows you exactly what will be written before activation.

Apply governance before projection
Before any data leaves the hub, projection governance checks person eligibility and field allowlists. Children are blocked from marketing destinations. Suppressed contacts are excluded. Restricted fields stay in the hub.

Sync contact and membership context
Approved fields — membership status, renewal timing, home branch, last check-in, program participation — are written to destination tools as contact properties or custom objects, ready for segmentation and workflows.

Deliver audience memberships
Opportunity audiences built by Audience Intelligence are synced to destination lists, tags, workflow triggers, and reason fields. HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Raiser's Edge receive audience context — not just raw contact data.

Keep destinations current as source data changes
System Activation is not a one-time export. As member behaviour changes in source systems, hub profiles update and downstream tools receive the updated context automatically.
